It has been a while since we posted, but we are back now (and back in sprint mode).  This sprint is primarily focused on moving from our Alpha design to our Beta design and some new marketing initiatives.  The first step in the redesign work is to update our project hosting to make it easier to track modifications to the design.

Back in 2014, we brought one of the very first revisions along with us and tossed it into the raffle.  Lots of people thought it was awesome, but it was very much a prototype.  Still, as Syndicate president Sean Stalzer says, this was the beginning of a great relationship for Holoseat.

We have really enjoyed being a part of the Holoseat evolution. In its earliest form, when it resembled parts from Radio Shack cobbled together, you could see its potential. Today, as it undergoes its alpha test, it is looking and feeling more like a consumer grade product. We are excited to see it emerge from alpha and make its way to the market and hope to see them back at SyndCon 2019. ~ Sean Stalzer, Syndicate Founder and President

Assembled Holoseat v1 Alpha

With the launch of the Alpha we felt it was time to get a version back in the raffle. Two Deskcycles, our preferred and at this time only certified exercise equipment, were put into the raffle along with a Holoseat alpha kit for each.  We are very happy to report two members snatched up the Holoseats early on in the raffle.  Even better, both winners have chosen to join our Alpha test!

One week to go in the sprint and it will all come down to how quickly our team of volunteers, contractors, plus Bryan, and I can wrap up manufacturing of the Alpha test units.  While we would like to be further along (as shown by our burn down chart), we have a couple of weeks after the sprint ends before SyndCon and we are confident we will deliver the Alpha units at con.
